1) Electrical Testing including winding resistance, transformer turns ratio, insulation resistance, power factor, excitation current, and others.
2) Inspection and Verification of proper operation of all components including liquid level gauge, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, fans, load tap changers, radiators, nitrogen delivery systems, oil filtration systems.
3) Inspection and Electrical Testing of protection system components including microprocessor relays, potential transformers, current transformers, grounding resistors, bus connections, upstream and downstream protective circuit breakers.
4) Laboratory analysis of transformer coolants mineral oil or FR3. Analysis to include dissolved gas analysis, contamination, moisture, and presence of Furan.
