Circuit Breaker Testing Overview
SES services a variety of SF6 Equipment, typically SF6 Circuit Breakers and SF6 Switches. Common electrical tests include power factor, time travel analysis (open and close), insulation resistance, contact resistance, and laboratory analysis of gas samples. In addition to inspections per NETA ATS/MTS and testing, SES offers repair services. Common repairs include SF6 motor replacements, protective device testing and coordination, bushing replacement, and manufactures 10 Year Overhaul Service.
